We have an in house technical team with many years experience working at some of the biggest audio and visual companies in the world. We take on a limited number of repairs and we pride ourselves on being open and honest about our assessment.
We always want to maintain equipment for as long as possible and we have the tools and experience to do so. We will also offer you the option of future proofing, to try to prevent common problems we see.
We have serviced and maintained instruments including Synthesizers, drum machines, Samplers, effects units, DJ equipment manufactured from the 1960s onwards. This includes all the equipment we hold at the studio with brands such as Moog, Oberheim, Roland, Arp, Yamaha , AKAI, Korg, Sequential, Eventide, Digital Keyboards, Rhodes, Ensoniq, Lexicon, Elka, Numark, Pioneer etc.

These terms and conditions govern all repair services provided by Resonance Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.1. A non-refundable triage fee of £40 is charged for an initial assessment of the instrument.
2.2. Following assessment, we will provide an estimate for any additional work required.
2.3. No work beyond the initial triage will be carried out without the customer's authorisation.
3.1. Full payment must be made before the instrument is released to the customer.
3.2. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of invoicing.
4.1. We strongly encourage customers to drop off and collect their instruments in person to avoid potential transit damage.
4.2. If shipping is required, the customer is fully responsible for ensuring the instrument is packaged securely and adequately insured.
4.3. We accept no liability for damage incurred during transit to or from our premises.
5.1. While we do not guarantee delivery dates, we will endeavour to meet any reasonable deadlines specified by the customer.
5.2. Repair times may vary due to the complexity of work, availability of parts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.1. We take all reasonable care during repairs but accept no responsibility for pre-existing faults or latent defects that may be discovered.
6.2. Any warranty on repairs will be specified at the time of completion.
6.3. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the instrument.
7.1. Instruments must be collected within 30 days of repair completion unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. If an instrument is not collected within 90 days, we reserve the right to sell or dispose of it to recover costs.
8.1. Customers must disclose any known faults, modifications, or previous repair attempts.
8.2. Any failure to disclose material information may affect the outcome of the repair and any applicable warranty.
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
